Items purchased in a sale or during a promotion are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Once purchased at a reduced price, we cannot apply future discounts or refunds, even in the case of an exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 working days of your order being placed (or, in the case of pre-orders, within 14 working days from the day your order arrives). All returned items must be unworn, in re-sellable condition, with original tags attached, and returned in original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the item may be sent back to you.
Returns are currently not free. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.
All items are carefully inspected upon arrival at our fulfilment centre. If any item is found to be worn, damaged or unclean, we reserve the right to return it to the customer. As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we ask that customers only return items in a condition suitable for resale. In cases where returned items are not resellable, they may be reviewed by a specialist team on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that this may delay any potential refund.
If you’re requesting an exchange, there will be no additional shipping charge for the replacement item.
As a reminder, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any sale or discounted products.
Please allow up to 21 working days for your return or exchange to be fully processed. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only (excluding any original shipping fees) and will be processed via your original payment method, in line with your provider’s standard timescales.
Keep hold of your postal receipt until your return is confirmed—responsibility for the item lies with the customer until it reaches us.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
EU / International Customers
If you're returning items from outside the UK, you may incur customs fees for the parcel to be accepted by our team. As per our returns policy, all return costs (including customs or import charges) are the responsibility of the customer—unless the item was received faulty or damaged prior to wear.
